Behaviour Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a Behaviour Support Worker to join our team at Leader Recruitment Group. As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will work with children who have additional needs, providing support and assistance in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children with Autism, MLD, Speech and Language Difficulties, and Challenging Behaviour
  • Work with groups of children in a primary or secondary school setting
  • Develop and implement strategies to support children's behaviour
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure effective support

Requirements:

  • Experience working in schools within the last 2 years
  • Valid and relatable references covering 2 years
  • Enhanced DBS on the update system
  • Driver (desirable)
  • Adaptable and calm
