We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team in Leeds. The successful candidate will work closely with our SEN and SEMH schools to provide 1:1 behaviour support to young people with challenging learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide positive role modelling and support to vulnerable young people.
  • Develop and implement behaviour intervention plans to promote positive behaviour and learning.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to deliver targeted support and interventions.
  • Support the development of KS2 students with Numeracy, Phonics, and Literacy skills.
  • Preferred - Team Teach training or Positive Behaviour training.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications and training for the role.
  • Ability to work effectively with young people with SEN and SEMH needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
