At Kerridge Commercial Systems, we're committed to delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth. As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a key role in showcasing our state-of-the-art product, Current RMS, to prospective customers and nurturing them through their 30-day trial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help the business and team deliver their annual Current RMS sales revenue target
  • Ask qualifying questions to prospective customers to ensure we're pairing their business with the correct software product
  • Provide detailed solutions meetings with customers, from staff on the shop floor to c-level execs
  • Keep our CRM system up to date with new trial sign-ups and proactive calls/emails
  • Provide implementation management to ensure prospects are using the system and remaining on board after their trial period
  • Contact lost customers to understand their reasons for leaving and pass on user feedback to our Product Management and Development teams
  • Attend industry shows to showcase our products to prospective customers
  • Occasionally provide online demonstrations/onboarding sessions for international prospects
  • Take part in ad-hoc projects/responsibilities as required by the Online Sales Manager

Requirements:

  • Grade C or 4 in GCSE English Language and Maths
  • Excellent communication skills, especially oral
  • Confident with using IT
  • Ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  • Proactive in approach
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to deliver presentations tailored to audience needs
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-first attitude
  • Ability to troubleshoot and answer technical questions
