  • Project management: managing projects to ensure practice work is delivered within budget and to agreed timelines, and to a high quality.
Requirements
  • A warm connector, able to build strong, supportive relationships with individuals and teams inside and outside the organisation.
  • An excellent communicator, able to write and speak clearly about the organisation, the work being delivered, and the project tasks being undertaken.
  • A keen planner, with project management skills and attention-to-detail to keep projects timely and impactful.
  • Action-oriented, able to draw out the learning and implications of project findings and use this to shape practical recommendations for change.
  • Entrepreneurial, comfortable supporting business development and looking for new opportunities.
  • Someone who can prioritise, comfortable working across a variety of projects and to different deadlines.
  • Driven by achieving positive change, both through practice work and Lifelancer's broader political and societal goals.
  • A collaborative and supportive colleague, able to work in a highly creative environment that encourages excellence from all members of the team.

The salary for this role is estimated to be in the range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
