Job Title: Senior Mental Health Practitioner

Job Summary:

NHS Scotland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ongoing assessments, including risk assessments, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
  • Liaise with and update multiple stakeholders, including GPs, CMHT, MHAU, Specialist Services, and 3rd sector organisations.
  • Manage and distribute team resources and caseload to meet the needs of our patient group.
  • Operate within legal and ethical frameworks, adhering to local, national, and organisational policies and guidance.
