We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Universal Business Team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, booking product trials and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted sales calls daily to qualify prospects and book initial meetings
- Develop an understanding of our product range, how customers use it, and how best to sell it
- Follow up on customer interactions on marketing emails and other media to 'warm up' leads
- Maintain an adequate lead bank and pipeline of warm leads, and use this to deliver high-quality leads at required volume
- Record accurate and detailed summaries of virtual meetings and phone calls, including all actions, on our CRM
- Assist with short-notice demands of 'Whale Hunting', such as rapid-fire multi-site qualification and preparing/attending meetings or visits
Requirements:
- Prior experience in business development or sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits:
- Salary £30,000-£40,000 (negotiable) depending on experience
- Good bonus on offer for hitting realistic targets
- Part-time / flexible working options available on a pro rata basis
- Ideal office-based role with some remote working possibilities
