Area Business Development Manager Roofing Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional to join our team as Area Business Development Manager Roofing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base within a designated area.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase revenue and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including roofers, contractors, and main contractors.
About You:
  • Prior experience in a similar role or a strong understanding of the roofing industry.
  • Able to analyze data and market trends to inform sales decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Compensation:

The salary for this role is £55,000 + Commission (£45,000 base + 15% Commission), with additional benefits including a £500 car allowance and full benefits package.
