Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional Practice Nurse to join our team at Lakeside Healthcare. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

Main Duties
  • Provide treatment services and health education advice to patients, including dietary advice, blood pressure checks, urinalysis, and more.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to promote integrated pathways of care and improve patient outcomes.
  • Participate in clinical audit and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience and qualifications in primary or community care nursing.
  • Strong clinical skills and competence in practice nurse treatment room interventions.
  • Evidence of continued professional development and commitment to maintaining professional registration.
Salary and Benefits

Our competitive salary range is £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life insurance, and paid annual leave.
