Are you ready to embark on an extraordinary adventure in one of Scotland's most picturesque locations? As a Customer Service Ambassador for Diageo's Scottish distilleries, you will have the unique opportunity to work behind the scenes at our iconic distilleries, including Dalwhinnie, one of the highest and coldest working distilleries in Scotland.

About the Role

We are seeking a charismatic and passionate individual to join our team as a Back of House Support staff member. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting with back of house operations, including basic food preparation, kitchen porter duties, waiting tables, and setting up tastings.

You will be part of a dynamic team that creates unforgettable experiences for our visitors, and on occasion, you will have the opportunity to support other areas of the business, such as retail and experience teams, as well as contributing to the upkeep of our visitor centre to ensure a high standard of cleanliness is always maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors
  • Support with back of house operations, including food preparation, KP duties, waiting tables, and tastings
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create unforgettable experiences
  • Contribute to the upkeep of the visitor centre
