Our Brand Home is seeking a highly motivated and charismatic individual to join our team as a Brand Ambassador. As a representative of Diageo, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional visitor experience at our Dalwhinnie Visitor Centre.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for our craft and products, with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering Outstanding Service: Providing warm greetings, informative tours, and ensuring a memorable experience for visitors.
  • Representing the Brand: Upholding the values and reputation of Diageo, while promoting our premium brands.
  • Ticket Sales and Events: Assisting with ticket sales, special events, and helping plan and implement new initiatives.

We offer a competitive rewards package, including a generous salary of approximately £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as contributory pension scheme, annual bonus, and 25 days' holiday allowance.
