We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Seasonal Brand Home Guide. As a Brand Home Guide, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and welcoming service to visitors, ensuring their experience is enjoyable and memorable.
- Host tours and provide information about our distillery and products.
- Work in retail as a product expert, providing advice and recommendations to customers.
- Assist with the preparation and serving of food and drink in the bar.
- Participate in events and activities throughout the year, building relationships with customers and contributing to the success of our business.
