Job Title: HRIS Systems Specialist

We are seeking an experienced German-speaking HRIS Specialist to join our team at Frazer Jones. As an HRIS Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for integrating diverse HR-IT systems into a central HRIS database, developing and improving existing interfaces, and leading the implementation of new developments and system adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrate HR-IT systems into a central HRIS database
  • Develop and improve existing interfaces
  • Lead the implementation of new developments and system adjustments
  • Extensive knowledge of database structures and data modeling
  • Advanced technical skills, including experience in software development, system integration, and data analytics
  • Keen interest in digital transformation and exploring new tools or technological innovations
  • Proficiency in both German and English is mandatory
  • Openness to frequent travel to Germany
  • Prior involvement in HR-related projects or familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus
  • Understanding of IT project management in HR, with a preference for agile frameworks like Scrum
  • Competency in basic programming languages (such as SQL, and Python) is advantageous
  • Enthusiasm for harmonizing data models and integrating Big Data technologies
