HRIS Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist to join our team at Frazer Jones. As an HRIS Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our HR technology and data landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrate HR-IT systems into a central HRIS database.
  • Develop and improve interfaces with current systems to optimize HR data usage.
  • Create secure authorization and user management frameworks.
  • Coordinate stakeholder requirements, including HR, IT teams, and external service providers.
  • Lead the implementation of new developments and system adjustments.
  • Participate in HR-related digitalization initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Extensive knowledge of database structures and data modeling.
  • Advanced technical skills, including software development, system integration, and data analytics.
  • Keen interest in digital transformation and exploring new tools or technological innovations.
  • Proficiency in German and English is mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with a proactive communication style.
  • Openness to frequent travel to Germany.
  • Prior involvement in HR-related projects or familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Understanding of IT project management in HR, with a preference for agile frameworks like Scrum.
  • Competency in basic programming languages (such as SQL, and Python) is advantageous.
  • Enthusiasm for harmonizing data models and integrating Big Data technologies.
