Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Admin to provide administrative support to departments across Estates & Facilities on various workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Document Management: Collate, reproduce, and distribute documents, reports, materials, and meeting papers for Estates & Facilities Managers.
  2. Financial Procedures: Implement and adhere to the Trust's financial procedures, including raising new orders, receiving goods, and end-of-year processing.
  3. Car Parking Management: Provide administration support for the Trust's Car Parking Management function to the Business Support Manager.
  4. FM Systems: Provide administration support for FM Systems, including requisitioning stationery and maintaining stock levels.
  5. Customer Service: Answer the telephone in the office and deal with enquiries appropriately.
  6. Filing and Storage: Maintain filing systems for the Estates and Facilities admin office and arrange storage for the office.
