Support Professional for SEN Students

At Zen Educate, we are seeking a dedicated Support Professional to join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant.
The ideal candidate will work closely with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment tailored to the individual needs of our students.
This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of children within our caring school community.
Key Responsibilities:- Student Support: Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs, ensuring their safety, well-being, and engagement in classroom activities.
- IEP Implementation: Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support the learning goals of each student.
- Lesson Adaptation: Collaborate with the class teacher to modify and adapt lessons to meet the needs of SEN students, ensuring access to the full curriculum.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor and track the progress of students, maintaining accurate records and providing feedback to teachers and parents.
We offer a competitive salary of $48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
