About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to join a reputable and established care provider. As a Care Assistant, you will be supporting individuals with their daily needs, maintaining their health and wellbeing in the comfort of their own homes.
We offer flexible working hours, including days, evenings, and weekends, with guaranteed hours available. Our thorough induction and training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this rewarding role.
Requirements and BenefitsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid driving licence and own transport. In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £11.70-£12.20 per hour, paid travel time and mileage, and a comprehensive benefits package.
This includes company pension, 5.6 weeks' paid holiday pay, and employee assistance programs. You will also have access to our extensive training courses, qualifications and apprenticeship opportunities, and recognition and long service awards.
