About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Band 3 Administrator to join our Mental Health Support Teams. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the efficient running of our services, ensuring seamless communication and timely responses to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, using your excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
  • Manage and maintain accurate administrative systems, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide administrative support to our Mental Health Support Teams, including drafting correspondence, reports, and documents.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement new processes and procedures, ensuring that our services are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Participate in the induction and orientation of new staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition.
Requirements
  • Excellent administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
  • Good IT skills, with experience of using administrative systems and software.
  • Knowledge of the NHS and its policies and procedures.
