Job Title: Special Education Needs Teacher
School Type: Special School for pupils aged 8-16 years with ASD, attachment difficulties, social, emotional and mental health needs, and challenging behaviours.
The school is seeking an outstanding Primary SEN Teacher to join their team. As a qualified teacher with QTS, you will be passionate about securing the best outcomes for pupils with special needs. You will have a creative, inspirational approach to developing and delivering the curriculum, able to inspire and develop pupils to achieve their full potential.
About the Role:
- Develop and deliver bespoke curriculums to enable all students to succeed and progress educationally and emotionally.
- Work collaboratively to secure the best outcomes for all pupils.
- Have an understanding of behaviour management strategies to support pupils.
- Be an excellent classroom manager, able to effectively lead a team of Teaching Assistants.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
