Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced midwife to join our team as a Midwifery Team Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the midwifery team, ensuring that women receive high-quality care in a safe and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex antenatal care, with experience in implementing changes within practice and managing risk. You will also possess a sound knowledge base in relation to clinical governance and relevant policies and procedures.

In this role, you will work closely with the wider multi-disciplinary team, including the escalation of women with a changing clinical need. You will also be responsible for managing budgets and the environment in line with the Trust's STAR assurance framework.
