Operational Manager for Older Adults

We are seeking a warm, compassionate and proactive leader to oversee the operational management and quality of one of our extra care housing sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care and support.
Estimated Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Operational Manager for Older Adults. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to residents
- Oversee the operational management of the home, including finance, HR and facilities management
- Ensure that the home meets all relevant regulatory requirements

- Qualifications in social work or a related field
- Experience of managing a team in a care setting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
