Care Manager for Older Adults

We are seeking a warm, compassionate and proactive leader to oversee the operational management and quality of one of our care services. As a Care Manager for Older Adults, you will play a crucial role in enabling people to enjoy a good quality of life in extra care housing while remaining as independent as possible.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be passionate about person-centred values, and have a commitment to making a real difference to the lives of older people with care and support needs. You will also be responsible for overseeing the operational management of our care service, ensuring that we provide high-quality care that is tailored to the individual needs of each resident.
We estimate that the salary for this position is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
