Chief Office Coordinator

CV-Library is currently seeking a highly skilled and organized Chief Office Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing company correspondence, supporting the team with general office duties, and demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
About You
We are looking for an individual with at least 2 years of office experience who possesses excellent organisational skills. If you have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication skills, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and responding to all company correspondence, including phone calls and letters.
- Supporting the team with general office duties, such as maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Demonstrating competency in Microsoft 365, particularly in Word and Excel, to efficiently manage tasks and meet deadlines.
Requirements
