Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CE modules to align with business needs.
  • Develop plugins, workflows, and custom scripts to enhance the functionality of Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Perform system integration and data migration tasks.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 CE-related issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of developed solutions and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and features in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer.
  • Proficiency in customising and configuring Dynamics 365 CE modules.
  • Strong knowledge of C#,.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.
  • Experience with developing plugins, workflows, and custom scripts for Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Familiarity with system integration and data migration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Core.
  • Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
  • Knowledge of Azure services and solutions.
