About the Role

Xpertise Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Microsoft Business Applications practice, you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing solutions using the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 customer engagement first-party applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored Microsoft Business Applications solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Business Analysis practice and client teams to design and implement solutions.
  • Advise clients on the fit of Microsoft Dynamics to their environment, infrastructure, functional and non-functional needs, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide pre-sales demonstrations and strong client-facing communication skills.

Requirements

  • Senior experience in Microsoft stack with strong experience working as a Technical Consultant or Architect in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) with successful implementation experience on complex Customer Service engagements.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365 CE (4.0, 2011, 2013, 2016, 365).
