Job Title: Mental Health Charge Nurse

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Mental Health Charge Nurse at Bronte Ward, located within Laureate House in South Manchester.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and operational management to the ward, ensuring the provision of high-quality nursing care to all service users.
  • Assess, plan, and implement care, providing specialist nursing advice and carrying out specialist nursing procedures.
  • Provide clinical and managerial leadership to junior staff, supervising and mentoring them to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Mental Health Nurse with experience on Acute or PICU wards.
  • Proven ability to supervise staff and manage risky situations.
