We are seeking an experienced social worker or manager to join Hampshire County Council's well-respected Management Team as an Adult Mental Health Operations Manager. This is an unmissable opportunity to lead and manage a high-performing operational team in the North East of Hampshire.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the operational team in delivering improved outcomes for people living with poor mental health and their carers
  • Manage a team of qualified social workers and case workers
  • Contribute to the department's vision and strategic aims

The successful candidate will have 3 years+ experience and demonstrate creative thinking, resilience, and exemplary change management skills. They will also contribute to the department's financial budgetary position and ensure the commissioning of quality and sustainable services.
