Hampshire County Council is seeking an experienced social worker or manager to lead and manage a high-performing operational Adult Mental Health Team in the North East of Hampshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of qualified social workers and case workers, contributing to the department's vision and strategic aims, and promoting equal opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have 3 years+ experience and possess creative thinking, resilience, and excellent change management skills. They will also contribute to the department's financial budgetary position and ensure the commissioning of quality and sustainable services.
