As a Clinical Lead in Adolescent Mental Health, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of mental health care for young people across Basingstoke and North Hampshire. Working within our dedicated team at Bramblys site, you will provide expert clinical leadership and specialist care, offering assessments, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatments for adolescents with complex mental health needs.

About the Role

You will work closely with families, carers, and multi-disciplinary colleagues, ensuring that patient-centred, holistic care remains at the core of our service. Our team provides community CAMHS services covering the areas around Basingstoke in the North of Hampshire, and we are committed to delivering care with compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence.

Main Responsibilities
  • Providing clinical leadership and specialist care within a dedicated team
  • Offering assessments, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatments for young people with complex mental health needs
  • Working closely with families, carers, and multi-disciplinary colleagues to ensure patient-centred, holistic care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Full Registration with the General Medical Council
  • MRCPsych or recognised equivalent
  • Eligible for inclusion in the Specialist Register or within 12 months of CCT at time of interview. CCT in general Child and Adolescent psychiatry.
  • To hold Approved Clinician status at the point of taking up post
