About the Job

We are seeking a skilled clinician to join our team as a Mental Health Clinician. The successful candidate will have experience working with complex cases in community mental health care and be enthusiastic about increasing access to psychological therapies for individuals struggling with trauma, severe mental health illness, and personality disorders.

The role involves using various psychological models and protocols to address individualised patient needs. This includes Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Compassion Focused Therapy. The postholder will also contribute to direct clinical interventions, multi-disciplinary team working, and implementing evidence-based programmes of group and individual psychological therapies.

Key responsibilities include ensuring professional standards of practice through active participation in CPD training and development. Additionally, the successful candidate will maintain high standards of clinical record keeping and up-to-date knowledge of legislation, policies, and issues related to the client group.

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
