Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Mental Health Transport Specialist to join our team at Secure Care UK.

In this role, you will be responsible for transporting patients safely and respectfully to various destinations. We offer a comprehensive training program to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this position.

You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional care to our patients, prioritizing their safety and well-being above all else. Your ability to remain calm under pressure and demonstrate empathy is essential for success in this role.

To succeed as a Mental Health Transport Specialist, you must possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with patients and colleagues alike. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Competitive Salary: £12.37 per hour (blended rate), with additional pay for work at a Mental Health 'place of safety' and for bed watch activities.
