Key Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Transport Specialist at Secure Care UK, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Patient Transport: Safely and respectfully transporting patients to various destinations, adhering to our high standards of care.
  • Patient Care: Providing exceptional care to patients, prioritizing their safety and well-being above all else.
  • Communication: Effective communication with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and teamwork.

You will also be required to:

  • Attend Comprehensive Training: Participating in our comprehensive training program to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
  • Meet Performance Expectations: Adhering to our high standards of performance, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.

By joining our team, you will receive:

Competitive Salary: £12.37 per hour (blended rate), with additional pay for work at a Mental Health 'place of safety' and for bed watch activities.

Ongoing Support: Regular mentoring and coaching to help you grow your skills and experience in the Mental Health field.

Accredited Qualifications: Opportunities to earn accredited qualifications (NVQ Diplomas) and access to training in specialist subjects within Mental Health.
