Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned social work professional to join our team as a Senior Social Work Manager. You will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing operational Adult Mental Health Team, promoting equal opportunities, and supporting the wellbeing of all team members.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing operational Adult Mental Health Team
  • Promote equal opportunities and support the wellbeing of all team members
  • Demonstrate creative thinking, resilience, and exemplary change management skills
  • Contribute to the department's financial budgetary position and ensure the commissioning of quality and sustainable services

  • Strong change management skills and experience of working in a fast-paced environment
