Role Overview
As a Senior Clinical Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care in our Out of Hours Services. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a £4,000 combined welcome and retention bonus, NHS pension, and access to the NHS car fleet scheme.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face and telephone triage consultations to assess patient needs.
- Interpret pathology/radiology results/reports to inform patient care.
- Prescribe and review medication to ensure effective patient management.
- Develop and implement effective management plans for patients, working autonomously within professional boundaries.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent.
- Ability to undertake comprehensive assessments, diagnose, and plan patient care.
- Experience in the acute sector, urgent/emergency services, or out-of-hours services at a senior level.
