Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Needs Assessment: Conduct surveys, interviews, and analysis of job functions to identify training needs.
  • Training Plan Development: Create and maintain a comprehensive training plan to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
  • Hands-on Training Sessions: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one training for diverse audiences, including end-users, administrators, and technical staff.
  • Training Materials Development: Develop and update training materials, including manuals, guides, and video tutorials.
  • Customized Training Programs: Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of end-users.
  • Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support and follow-up training as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the product development team to stay updated on new features and enhancements.
  • Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in software training.
