Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Training and Development Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating and delivering training and development programmes for all staff across the organisation.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide professional advice and administrative support to the Learning and Organisational Development (LOD) Partner, contributing to an effective and professional Human Resource function for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify training and development needs across the organisation
  • Develop and deliver training programmes to support staff development
  • Work closely with the LOD Partner to ensure effective HR support

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of training and development principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
