Job Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Multi-Site Store Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple store locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Leadership
    • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive sales growth and profitability across multiple store locations.
    • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Team Development
    • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
    • Implement effective communication and feedback processes to ensure teams are engaged, motivated, and empowered to succeed.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure seamless store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
    • Develop and implement processes to drive efficiency, productivity, and quality across multiple store locations.
  • Customer Experience
    • Develop and implement strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences across multiple store locations.
    • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience
    • Proven track record of leadership experience in a luxury retail environment.
    • Ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Commercial Acumen
    • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
    • Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Customer Focus
    • Deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
    • Ability to develop and implement strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Communication Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
