Multi-Site Store Director

LK Bennett is a renowned luxury brand with a rich British heritage, seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Multi-Site Store Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities- Business Growth and Development
- Lead your teams to achieve commercial and cost-effective results, identifying opportunities to drive sales and increase profit across all stores and departments.
- Manage your time effectively across multiple sites to ensure priorities are balanced and achieved.
- Team Development and Management
- Inspire your teams to implement and maintain brand standards, delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Review sales floor layouts using financial data and market knowledge to ensure stores and departments are optimized for commercial success.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a positive approach and role modeling excellent team building skills.
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure all front and back of house operations are executed to the highest standards, with a focus on legal and company standards compliance.
- Manage differences in operating procedures across stores and departments, minimizing stock loss and product markdown.
- Relationship Building and Networking
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Head Office functions and local business partners.
- Identify and capitalize on new commercial opportunities, sharing suggestions and ideas with your manager.
- Leadership and Management Experience
- Proven track record of success in senior retail management, with experience leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent relationship building and networking skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
- Commercial and Financial Awareness
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret sales and stock data.
- Resourceful and driven approach to challenges, with the ability to show resilience and take feedback on board.
- Brand Ambassador
- Act as a brand ambassador at all times, demonstrating a positive approach and role modeling excellent team building skills.
- Keep up-to-date with external factors and trends, demonstrating broad awareness of current product trends, themes, and changing customer expectations.
