Job Title: Senior Financial Planning Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join our team at Davies Group Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial support to our operational teams, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing challenge to enhance each team's gross margin.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide financial support to operational managers to manage their parts of the business, identifying opportunities for improvement and providing challenge to enhance each team's gross margin.
  2. Assist operational teams in bids and tenders, including support to propose pricing and provision of challenge in pricing discussions to ensure the required gross margin is maintained.
  3. Produce monthly financial reporting in accordance with SLAs for both the Keoghs Exec and Davies Head Office.
  4. Provide regular forecasts and annual budgets of operational performance, collaborating closely with operational teams to challenge and validate these forecasts.
  5. Assist the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis in any ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in financial planning and analysis software.

Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with 1 unpaid hour for lunch.
