Commercial Finance Role

Keoghs, a division of Davies Group, is seeking a Commercial Finance Specialist to support the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis.

This is a challenging role that involves providing financial support and management information to operational teams within Keoghs.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills as a financial analyst and business partner, working closely with operational managers to enhance gross margin and provide regular financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support operational managers in managing their parts of the business, identifying opportunities, and providing challenge to enhance gross margin.
  • Assist in bids and tenders, including support to propose pricing and provision of challenge in pricing discussions.
  • Produce monthly financial reporting in accordance with SLAs for Keoghs Exec and Davies Head Office.
  • Provide regular forecasts and annual budgets of operational performance, collaborating closely with operational teams.
  • Support the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis in ad hoc projects as required.

Essential Skills and Attributes:

  • Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to present data clearly and concisely.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve queries and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing key outputs and managing a high volume workload.
  • Customer service skills, with the ability to deliver a first-class customer experience.
