Business Development Manager

Devsinc is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead sales efforts in the UK and European markets.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of driving revenue growth, with expertise in IT and software engineering sectors.
About This Opportunity- Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue expansion in the target regions.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through targeted outreach, lead generation, and referrals, focusing on industries requiring bespoke solutions.
- Market Expansion: Expand Devsinc's presence in the target regions by staying abreast of emerging market trends and adapting sales strategies accordingly.
- Proposal Development: Craft compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches that effectively communicate the value proposition of Devsinc's services.
- Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal teams (delivery, engineering, marketing) to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including lead volume, pipeline generation, closed won revenue, sales cycle progress, and client retention rates.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with prospective clients, securing deals that align with company goals and client expectations.
- Travel: Travel within the UK and Europe for client meetings and industry events as required.
- Bachelor's/master's degree in business, Marketing, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales/business development, preferably within IT or bespoke engineering services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the region.
- Strong knowledge of the UK and European markets, including key industry players and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while being an integral part of a cross-functional team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Willingness to travel across the assigned regions.
