Job Title: Demand Generation Marketing Manager

My1Login, the UK's leading Identity and Access Management service, is seeking a skilled Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in generating qualified sales leads and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute demand generation activities, overseeing them from execution to analysis.
  • Create and manage inbound and outbound marketing campaigns that deliver a flow of qualified leads while monitoring ROI and optimizing CAC.
  • Deliver against weekly, monthly, and quarterly lead generation targets.
  • Support forecasting of quarterly lead generation targets.
  • Manage paid social, paid search, and retargeting channels.
  • Manage occasional webinars and awards applications.
  • Create and execute an ABM plan to deliver high-value content at the optimal moment in an account's discovery and sales journey.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization to meet sales targets.
  • Track marketing campaign ROI and control the allocation of marketing spend based on past performance.
  • Set up lead management, scoring, and reporting processes to assist the sales team.
Requirements:
  • Excellent marketing skills with experience partnering with sales teams to drive B2B leads through multi-channel outbound and inbound marketing campaigns.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work well under pressure in a high-growth environment.
  • Expert understanding of B2B demand generation and a track record of owning campaigns and driving pipeline growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, including data crunching and storytelling.
  • Analytically inclined with exceptional project management skills and rigorous attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B demand generation or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM software, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
