Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager

At Pendo, we're seeking a seasoned Demand Generation Marketing Manager to lead our EMEA marketing efforts. As a key member of our global marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing demand generation strategies that drive lead acquisition and nurturing across the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategy Development: Collaborate with our global demand generation team to create comprehensive multi-channel campaigns that align with our global initiatives.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, digital advertising, social media, content marketing, and events.
- Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with our global demand generation team, customer marketing, product marketing, sales enablement, sales, and field marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and targeting.
- Third-Party Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and agencies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to understand the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize them for better results.
- Budget Management: Manage the demand generation budget to maximize ROI.
- Lead Nurturing and Conversion: Develop and manage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- BDR Enablement: Support the success of our Business Development Representative (BDR) team by delivering a consistent flow of qualified leads.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in B2B demand generation.
- Experience working cross-functionally with a US-based team.
- Experience with building out multi-channel programs and processes.
- Experience working in partnership with enterprise sales leaders.
- Understanding of demand and pipeline generation best practices, new trends, and technology.
- Data-driven approach to program development and optimization.
- Fluent in marketing automation and CRM capabilities with hands-on experience.
