We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Hospital Manager to join our team at Cygnet Wast Hills. As a Hospital Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with CQC / regulatory requirements and meeting clinical, budgetary, regulatory, and service development targets. You will also provide a high-quality service in client care and employee engagement, while ensuring effective bed management and coordination of referrals and assessments of patients.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on investigations, participate in audits, and ensure adherence to group policies and procedures.
  • Prioritize patient recovery in a compassionate setting.
