Job Overview

Birmingham & Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Operations Manager to lead the Clinical Health Psychology and Clinical Neuropsychology services in Birmingham and Solihull.

The successful candidate will have senior operational management experience, a sound knowledge of mental health service issues and effective partnership working skills.

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Redesign and Improvement: Design and deliver service improvements based on performance trends and user feedback
  • Leadership and Partnership: Promote collaborative working and partnership across traditional service boundaries
  • Contract Management: Manage partnership arrangements and contracts to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Clinical Decision Making: Make high-level clinical and operational decisions as part of an out-of-hours on-call rota

Required Skills and Qualifications:
