About the Role

You will work closely with our local communities to identify potential candidates and promote our organization's brand. As a Healthcare Talent Acquirer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with local stakeholders and attending community events to promote our organization's brand.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is around £50,000, based on national averages and industry standards. Our benefits package includes 22 days holiday (increasing to 25 days after 3 years' service), occupational maternity pay and adoption pay, occupational sick pay, death in service payment, wellbeing resources, and financial advice.
