We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cruise Administration Expert to join our team at Brooklyn Travel. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in supporting our cruise operations and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process booking confirmations, amendments, and cancellations in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage and update customer information, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to resolve queries and issues related to ticketing, costing, and other cruise-related matters.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and support.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the travel industry, preferably in cruise administration.
