About the Role: Holt Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled MET Technician / Strip Fitter to join our Accident Repair Centre in Ipswich. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about vehicle repair and maintenance to earn up to £20 per hour, with additional benefits including bonuses, overtime pay, private healthcare, and ongoing training.

Responsibilities:
  • Removing and refitting parts to a high standard, using your expertise to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and maintaining a high level of quality control throughout the repair process.
  • Identifying and reporting any unseen damage, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards.
  • Developing your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.


Requirements:
  • A minimum of time-served experience and/or qualification to City & Guilds or NVQ level.
  • Proven experience as an MET Technician, with a strong understanding of vehicle repair and maintenance principles.
  • While not essential, holding an ATA certification would be beneficial.
