Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trainee Service Administrator to join our team at FAFS Fire & Security. As a Trainee Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in coordinating and supporting the administrative functions of our service department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate service appointments and ensure efficient service operations
  • Maintain accurate service records, including work orders, service reports, and customer details
  • Assist with invoicing customers for services rendered and track service team performance
  • Provide general administrative support to the service team, including preparing reports and assisting with customer complaints

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and service management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
