Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trainee Service Administrator to join our team at FAFS Fire & Security. As a Trainee Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in coordinating and supporting the administrative functions of our service department.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate service appointments and ensure efficient service operations
- Maintain accurate service records, including work orders, service reports, and customer details
- Assist with invoicing customers for services rendered and track service team performance
- Provide general administrative support to the service team, including preparing reports and assisting with customer complaints
Requirements
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and service management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
