About the Role

As a Senior Occupational Therapist at Elysium Healthcare, you will be instrumental in promoting health and independence for individuals with complex neurological conditions. You will deliver high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions, providing clinical leadership, supervision, and consultation to the multidisciplinary team. Your expertise will be essential in demonstrating highly specialist skills in areas such as occupational engagement, environmental adaptation, and skill development.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions to individuals with complex neurological conditions
* Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and consultation to the multidisciplinary team
* Develop and implement appropriate policies, protocols, and care pathways
* Support the development and implementation of occupational therapy student placements

Requirements

* Occupational Therapy profession qualification
* UK HCPC Registration
* Extensive and relevant post-qualification clinical experience with children and young people who have complex needs
* Highly specialist knowledge of relevant assessment and treatment models
* Ability to work with neurodiverse individuals
