The Ivy Medical Group is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.

About the Role

This is a part-time position, with regular hours on Wednesday and Friday afternoons, plus potential additional shifts. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating administrative tasks, including managing patient records and updating information as necessary
  • Liaising with teams for network/IT/phone support
  • Processing appointment requests and handling completed prescriptions/pathology requests
  • Providing administrative support to doctors, nurses, and other members of the practice team

Requirements:

  • GCSE or equivalent pass in Maths and English
  • Experience of Microsoft Office software
  • Experience of working in a public-facing reception environment

Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum (pro rata) + benefits
